Orders may be placed with us by PHONE or EMAIL depending on what system you feel comfortable to use.  Payment can be made by EFTPOS or CASH on collection, or by DIRECT CREDIT to our bank account . Returns Policy:

Our Motto is SALES - SERVICE - SATISFACTION  We believe in supplying our customers with as much information as they require so they can make an informed decision prior to a purchase. We appreciate that sometimes a product maybe ordered or supplied incorrectly so we ask that you follow our Return Policy to limit any problems in returning goods.   1. Contact us immeadiately and advise us of the problem. 2. Please do not return goods without our prior approval. Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and no responsibility accepted for their storage. 3. Goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of our approval. No returns after 14 days will be accepted. 4. All goods returned must be in new condition within it's undamaged original packaging where possible. 5. No freight charges will be paid unless authorised. 6. Special order items including parts are non returnable. 7. A restocking fee of 25% may apply to all authorised returned goods. 8. No electrical goods will be accepted for return. These include but are not limited to chargers, controllers, modules, regulators, starters, solenoids,     instruments, batteries, rectifiers, coils, ignition units and spark plugs.

Freight:

Freight will normally be by courier or post for small items Please allow up to 5 days unless you request overnight delivery. Larger items will be sent by the best means possible to your location, or a carrier of your choice. Please examine parcels carefully on arrival, as they leave here in perfect condition, we will accept no responsibility for damage.
